Memorial Heart & Round Ornaments with Feathers and Sublimation Disk

Memorial Heart Ornaments, plastic with feather fill, family tree pendant, and sublimation disk.  Available in both heart and round shapes (round ones have additional removal disk with "Mom" message pictured). 

Instructions:  Remove plastic film from aluminum disk, press at 355-375 degrees from 75-80 seconds with medium pressure, remove paper from adhesive tape and press sublimated disk firmly onto family pendant. (times & temps vary by equipment)
